What websites do you guys use to evaluate vitamin quality and content? I'm looking for a website that breaks down different vitamin companies and their products with no agenda, but to provide unbiased information on vitamins, so I don't have to do extensive research every time I buy a product. Otherwise, what sanctioning bodies are reputable regarding placing their seal of approval on products?

I am trying to determine effectiveness regarding products to save time and money. I'm not interested in snake oil.

Looking for cheap but effective:

Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Collagen
Fish Oils
Glucosamine Chondroitin
Carnosine
Wobenzyme Compunds
Green Tea Extract
Hyaluronan
Nexrutine
Taurine

Of course I'll be checking out the web store, but some of these more common products are sold so many places.... Trying to figure out, which ones are good.

Open to other suggestions.

Goals:
- Improved Joints
- Lower Blood Pressure
- Return to normal functioning
- Establish a baseline before increasing workout intensity

Ok... well Taurine and Green Tea Extract has been selected and linked to Now GTE and Primaforce Taurine. That's a start.
