exercises can I do for CST that do not involve pushing?

I can squat and deadlift so estimate some work is being done to these groups.

What's CST? That's Central Standard Time to most of us, I think.

As for things you can do with a borked wrist...

If you can deadlift, you can do pullups, rows, shrugs, high pulls.
Lat pullover machine can be operated only elbows.
Pop the leg straps on the cable crossover and get your chest and shoulder work in from the elbow.
Good time to learn zercher squats.
Good time to get in some neck work.

Chest, Shoulders Triceps.

I went yesterday and did usual CST but reduced the weight quite a bit. No pain or stiffness in the area.

Can always shrug the calf raise for traps, too.

Often times injuries are a good time to take a bit of a step back and lighten the load for a bit. If you push yourself to much with an injury you could easily extend your recovery time. Focus on cardio and the movements you can do without risking further injury

I would just use a wrist wrap and keep working chest/shoulders/tris. Maybe avoid things that really aggravate it like skulls.
