Sorry guys, been really taken off course with getting my basement fixed.. I caught back up and got my ass back in the gym again today... I did halt the Novedex XT while I took a mini break from the gym to square away the flooded basement.

I hit chest today and took Novedex XT at 8:30am and after lunch at 2:45pm right before I hit the gym at 4pm.

I'm happy to report that I feel like my strength was still there and I felt more aggressive in the gym. I added in a lot more volume today and the chest pump was felt great!

I grabbed some Detonate XT and need to cut some of this fat and lock in more on my diet. The holiday did me dirty, but it was nice to enjoy it and have some drinks with friends and carb load like a mofo.

Super sorry about the delay and back to logging on the regular and back to the grind.

Trying to get leaner and being able to hold strength is a huge plus from Novedex

Nice, I also did some back today! That's good that you're still feeling strong in a deficit. Novedex is probably helping you with that like you said.

8oz of ground turkey with sauteed garlic, jalapeños, and spinach was the bomb dignity bros!

Definitely a way to kick up your ground meat game a bit.

Progress pictures look great man! Thank you for the very detailed log. Looks like it's working well for you from the standpoint of some body comp changes along with some strength increases (which most users are all experiencing).
