Recommendation I've seen floating around is that you stay at the same weight until you can hit 12 reps. Then you up the weight.
Doesnt work for everyone. I cant hit 10 reps until i move up a weight. Usually 8 reps then i will move up. Then when i go back to do the older weight i can easily do 10-12 reps. Just depends on how you gain strength. Overload is better in most strength building. Target range should be 4-6 for hard strength building (powerlifting)
It was just hard for me to accurately know where my strength was. Coming off a period of low carbs, but it seems my strength is returning.

Yesterday's back and shoulder workout was a high rep adventure. Nothing lower than 15 reps. Had my lady apply some SN to my shoulders pre workout and had a massive pump. All exercises were done with 60 secs of rest in between sets

Off day yesterday but just had a tremendous chest and arms workout. Macenko session went well. Got that familiar twinge in my shoulder but not enough to force me to stop. Already within 4 days of getting back to clean eating Im waking up leaner in the mirror. SN is shining!!!!

Weighed in yesterday down 5lbs from the beginning of the week!!!!! Clean eating and SN has me getting back to where I need to be. Had a good leg day. Was hindered slightly as my right knee started acting up. Happens from time to time.

Strong upper body power day today. Felt strong benching and with my dead. Felt a little bloated today not sure why though. Diet has been on point for the last week and forgot to add that I've been doing 30 mins of incline walking post workout since last week. Got in 4 sessions last week and did some today also. Will continue and increase as necessary.

Strong leg day yesterday and a pretty high rep back and shoulders day today. All lifts were strong and had a nice pump. Will be posting pictures Friday. Im am impressed with how rapidly I I have slimmed back down once getting my diet back on track. Look forward to the rest of the log. Have about 3/4 a bottle left

Ive never really taken any. Althought I probably need to. Bad knees are hereditary and I get right knee pain during leg days. But no pain outside of that.

Had an off day yesterday, and today was to be a full macenko and arm workout but only had time for the chest portion. My clavicle and upper chest are really starting to thin out and I am once again losting my "back crease" in my love handles. All this with spotty cardio at times.

Here are some update pictures. Weighed in at 284lbs. Still soft around some edges but a big decrease from where I was 3 weeks ago. Im going to include a pic of me roughly about 6 or 7 weeks ago for a reference. My love handles are waaaay smaller even though I am ONLY 2LBS lighter at my current weight. A testament to how well SN works. The last picture in the darker colored underwear shows BIG creases in my love handles at 286 - 287lbs. The other 3 are me at 284 with barely any crease

Yeah which is what i am most happy about. Love handles and the buttocks is a struggle area genetically so it feels good to see it go down.

Had a massive cheat yesterday and felt good coming into todays workout. But for some reason I didn't feel quite as strong as I would have liked. Had to grind out a few reps but all in all the work out went well. Went with the after work crowd and cut the deadlifts out, as I would have been at the gym for about an hr longer than I wanted to. Will do on back day Wednesday. Also added in a some sprints today into my cardio. 3 sprints on top of my normal incline walking.

Had a lackluster leg day yesterday. Mood was just not there. I pushed through the workout but the mental aspect wasn't there. Gonna take an off day today and spend some time with my boy. Will hit it hard in the morning

Back with the posts after a slight hiatus. Crushed back and shoulders yesterday and followed that up with some chest and arms today. Had about a cup of oats today about 2 hrs pre and I think it definitely helped my macenko session. Got 300lbs for 7 reps. Leaning nicely in the clavicle/upper chest area and in the front delts. Just gotta get this belly and love handles down.

* dsade im going to buy my lady some Supernova. Think ill get her 2 bottles. She wont run a log but she is okay with you using her progress pictures if you would like.

Got to the gym tonight. Had a bleh feeling going into the gym but my mood was uplifted by the time I got through my warm up. Felt strong on my macenko bench and deadlift. Didn't have time for anything else but bench and deads. Leg day tomorrow and I think im going to put some SN on my thighs tomorrow. Got to be careful not to get it on my nads lol.

Been having some shoulder pain for a while that I only felt on "push" days but not im starting to feel it on pulldowns. At any rate. Had a great workout. Think im about halfway through my last bottle. Going to push hard on the cardio for these last few weeks.

Had a good macenko session today. Felt strong but my shoulder bothered me throughout the whole session. But I was able to push through. Had a sick pump during the tricep part of the session. Pretty d@mn painful tbh. But overall a good workout.

Had a great back session. Was suppose to be back and biceps but the deadlifts took longer than expected and I just ran out of time. Hit all #'s pretty easily and felt good throughout the session. Not much to report workout wise. Workouts are going great as ever. Diet has been in check and i upped my fasted cardio a bit. The GF sees improvements but im skeptical lol. Hit shoulders and traps yesterday, and smashed my machenko and biceps workout today. Got 270lbs for 12 reps!!!!! Feeling strong. Should be the last week of the log. Will post pics friday

Hit legs today for a mentally taxing workout. The worse pump ive ever felt and could barely walk afterwords. Enjoyed it though. Was a quad and calf workout with high sets and reps.

FINAL REVIEW
This has been one of my favorite products ever. Being a classic endomorph, this product is a godsend. I started around 286lbs. Got as low as 280lbs before due to work and almost no access to good food I ballooned back up. Got back and really dialed in my workouts, and my diet. But I actually UPPED the calories instead of reducing them back down where I was. What followed is what this product is really about. Noticeable fat loss while on an increase of calories. The following pictures are my progression starting with the first one being the start of the log. The last one being the final picture
