Comes in both .. Packets/powder u get more .. Believe it's 6g a serving and caps were less then 3.5g
Original was one of the sleep supplement I tried

The main difference between the two formulas is more GABA in the powder while the capsules have some sleepytime botanicals. I do vouch for EMPIREMIND having an adverse reaction to the packets even if he did enjoy the taste
