dosing - well I'm a hard-headed guy, and if there's a a chance this sublingual formula will be tainted by taking with food, I want to avoid if at all possible..and so, I dosed empty stomach upon rising again :D no issues to this point (thank gawd)

getting ready to go maul some legs, feeling good after nice night of rest, tennis for ~2.5hrs yesterday tired me sufficiently to where I needed to recharge, actually slept in a bit today (very rare occurrence for me).....consumed another 6k cal day yesterday as well, lots of clean carbs in the mix

so - I am considering the point at which I want to bump dosing to 2 droppers (doubling all dosages)
I'm thinking I will put in play tomorrow :)



Grain alcohol on an empty stomach is harsh. Try it with food. The 30 seconds under the tongue will pull much of it right in your blood stream. The rest shouldn't be negatively affected by food. I know due to the make up of oral AAS the fat ring surrounding the drug will bind to dietary fat and you'll lose some of the compound but if you only have carbs and protein in your stomach at the time it shouldn't hurt.
thanks for that, as noted above I really want to go by directed application if at all possible, so will continue with that unless/until it presents the issue again

what's odd is that issue went away, only to come back again..no recurrence of that nonsense please

varies, but within 30-60min...drinking extra water after dosing has seemed to help
as general rule I do not like waiting so long to eat after waking, ~30min is nice target usually

Wow, going to double down on the dosing... This should get interesting!
oh I may even go to triple dosing before it's all done my man ;)
this is the kick off of a @6-week run with this and couple other orals (and transdermal) I have, which I will bridge into play as the 3-MHD phases out

30 minutes seems to work for me too.then the tada for 15 minutes then bcaa/saa and whatever else. I have an hour 15 minutes from the time I get up until I'm at the gym to workout before work.
Triple dosing - I like it! Go strong or go home!

DAY #8

dosing - 2 servings
for the first day of this, I have decided to split the dosing apart by ~10hrs, both empty stomach
no problems this morning...second dose has not happened yet, about another 1.5hrs

training - upper body power

really nice session today, always enjoy this particular session..
legs pretty tender from sunday weight training and tennis yesterday
also, poor sleep last night, ~4hrs total, up pretty early today

otherwise, all is well, no complaints

been a struggle with these guys over the yrs - couple injuries ~5-6yrs back (one on each leg) plus normal wear & tear from all the sporting activity I've done in my life (so fraying Achilles tendons etc) have really made it hard to keep them developing and moving forward

Those are so cool. I sold my collection back in the 80's when they were bringing top dollar.

Big Macs forearms were big but he was a big guy. Steve's just looked unnatural on his body.

I've got multiples of a 1962 al kaline, pristine mint condition...so, not long ago I was at a trade show, took it in along with some others to see if I could move it either for cash or new cards in return.....freakin guy tells me he'd give me $10 in trade, no cash
I wanted to punch him .. baseball cards have bottomed out, no doubt
(and here I thought I'd be able to fund my retirement yrs, sigh..)

Just hang on to them. Everything cycles and there will be a demand for them again.
I had more football cards than baseball but still had some good ones like 2nd year Hank Aaron and a Roger Marris. Football, my favorite was a Walter Peyton rookie, actually 2 of them plus The Eric Dickerson rookie. I think I got around $12k for everything I had and that was me selling them in Anchorage Alaska. I was stationed there. Kind of wish I had them back now... lol

aaaaand on the 10th day, the pumps were mad profuse and just plain silly
back & shoulder day for training, threw in some ab work too - my back was ridiculously pumped just couple sets in, and it dint get anything but better thruout the session, not a hindering pump at all but rather just a BAM! feel good swole pump that pushed me to hit the training even harder..dig it

finishing up the week with a lot of activity..have to rearrange the training and work out 4 days straight (inc tennis later in day for second session on Friday) as I will be traveling this w/e and getting Vitamin Shoppe demos in noblesville and Muncie this Saturday
my regular format in the PHAT structure is 2on/1off/3on/1off/repeat, so it's been awhile since I hit it 4 days straight..

first serving today was a bit rough on the tummy - no explanation for this, as I ate ~30min following dosing, and drank plenty of water following dose (both of which seem to have alleviated the issue previously..)

heavy legs this morning, pretty strong and pain-free, felt good; I also hit legs (hypertrophy focus) two days ago..
tennis later today as mentioned, then the wheels will get a couple days much needed rest till Monday's tennis match

recovery has been very nice, this aspect is very important to me

yeah seems to be coming in, feeling it more than seeing it but I do appear to be fuller, pumps increased last couple workouts, recovery had been good up until tennis yesterday afternoon following that heavy leg weight session in AM
should be coming into prime spot this week for more notable results, effects should become pronounced with the compounds involved

power/speed and hypertrophy training mix today, chest & arms - omg, chest was ginormously swole, I mean I was impressed my damn self :D (and it takes a lot to impress me) .. strength was great at the beginning, busted out the 150# DBs again, but boy I got so freakin pumped it became hard to push big weights..still, powered thru just fine, very nice session indeed to finish up the weekly protocol....

weight upon rising 212, as I mauled me some big cals last night when I got home from demos

will begin tri-dosing on Tuesday this week to finish things out

dosing - today will move to tri-dosing
the three doses will be split evenly thruout the day, rising/mid-day/evening, empty stomach

training this morning - upper body power/speed

so we move into the final days of this one....due to my aggressive intake protocol, will only have a couple days at the 3x dosing level..
while I feel it may be somewhat of a disservice to the product/company in terms of a shorter log, it fits well in my personal plan of isolating this for review/logging purposes....I will continue on after bottle is gone running same dosages of msten and dmz, while adding in lmg in place of the hexadrone
it is for this reason (log for Synerbolics + isolating the three compounds of msten/dmz/hexadrone) that I choose to structure things this way, instead of say supplementing the 3-MHD with addtl doses of msten and dmz (and skewing the hexadrone in the process)

other than that, today will also begin the sway back to a bit lower cals for a short duration, a clean-up period if you will, before I continue on my merry gainz way..

tennis match - won my match 0-6 6-4 6-4 .. was a strange match, especially getting smoked like that in the first set
was just very tough to get going, felt extremely sluggish today for some reason..at least I came back and redeemed myself a bit

I have been getting a lot of comments about my size lately, random ppl coming up and telling me how big I am
I usually get these comments, but last couple days they just been skyrocketing..
something must be working eh? :)

first dose this morning wasn't an issue, but I did have a tad bit of stomach discomfort again
wish I could decipher why it is hit & miss..

this will be my last full day of dosing, as there appears to be only 1 more serving left - unless my droppers were off thruout, that would be a little bonus in my bottle, 31 servings total

upper body training today as I shift things around a bit, seeking another day of recovery for my legs before I hit them again tomorrow

going to touch base tomorrow ro wrap things up, post final review

FINAL REVIEW

so this was an interesting learning experience, my first sublingual hormonal product..
I was curious as to whether or not I could substantiate improved efficacy due to bypassing the gut, as is well documented with this type of delivery system

unfortunately, I could not substantiate or make this distinction - now keep in mind it was over rather short duration of only 17 days, and that certainly may have skewed the experiment, but all I was able to decipher was that the product was legit mix of compounds, hit the same as oral ingestion did IMHO

so: the positive was legit formulation, efficacious and obviously potent as these compounds are supposed to be; ease of dosing was great as my dropper was "preset" for a perfect dose level every time I dosed; ease of use was simple, not messy; taste itself was not bad, just a bit different; effects were pretty fast-acting, pumps took off ~10 days in, strength and recovery was pretty decent thruout despite my high level of activity during this cycle

the only real negative for me, was the individual reaction I had to dosing this on empty stomach....apparently, the grain alcohol that is structure of the mix can be rather rough on stomach, and boy did I get the brunt of this effect - I would say at least 1/3 of the time I had upset stomach to varying extent following dosing, and 1x I even puked midway thru my breakfast following empty stomach dosing upon rising

big thanks to JJB1 and Synerbolics for providing me product to log here, I was happy to help these guys out and get the word out since they are new to our forum

to all who followed thanks for riding along - if you are interested in these compounds and looking to add some lean muscle to your game, give this stuff a shot and see what you think :)

I love being lean, and at time of that pic was just rolling into my short clean-up cycle I run for a few days every so often to keep fat down....at this stage in the clean-up process I always feel a bit soft and flat as I pull back reins on diet, and before this actually accrues and begins to show bodycomp changes I don't look (or feel) my best :p
