silly question related to epi clones

whats the diff between

2a 3a epithio-17a-methyletioallocholanol
and
2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol?

i swear my old bottle of epi-strong was the methyletioallocholanol and the bottle of epivar im on now is androstan.

is one more potent than the other or is there a diff? maybe related to quality/purity but epi-strong gave me soooooo much better gains than epivar
