Such a great pump today. I have been adding a lot of volume to my workouts as of late. I feel like I need to and my body seems to be responding well with it. I have been working abs on some days at home and just not logging it. I do feel like I need a few solid ab workouts at the gym though. And I also seemed to have dropped off cardio. No motivation for that..
