Up to 10lbs-- seems as though it's a steady increase for you and not an explosion of weight. So that would suggest a more stable/ keepable weight. :)

I just hadn't seen you post about it for a while so I was curious. Still feeling good though so it's more than likely not near as high as it was at the beginning.

No I was doing 2 caps a day when I cut back to 3 cap every other day things got in check.

I have not been felling the best this week and I have had no appetite for about 3 days now, so I decided to take a day off from the gym, sleep in (got up 5:30) we will see if it helps???

Appetite decrease is a small sign of hepatotoxicity. Are you taking cycle supports? Look into antaeus labs's aegis/talos. Both of them. If you have questions henryv is your guy. Are you having weird headaches? That's bp (most likely). Is your urine dark? (that's most likely liver)

Edit: just saw you have talos. I'd also get aegis. I only trust AL with supports.

I understand this log for this sole product and have not read through its entirety, but are you running it with a base? If not, endogenous hormonal suppression will cause this. That's why there's the "bro-logic" of increasing the carbs, but it just makes things worse.

Also I read that you're fluctuating on your intake. I wouldn't do that. Most of these compounds have a half life of 6-12 hours. So by you skipping that evening dose EOD, you're sending your hormones on a roller coaster. Keep them steady by supplying a steady stream of exogenous compounds. Obviously they only diminish by 1/2 after the above time, and a quarter by a day, what I'm guessing is happening is since test levels rise with the circadian cycle, you're body is trying to get back up online by the evening of the "1-cap" day. Then you give it 2 the next day and on and on the merry-go-round spins. I know you're doing this for BP, but it's a trade off.

And I don't want to offend you, but are you on TRT?

One a day will obviously prolong the cycle, but it will most likely alleviate symptoms. You have been at this for 7 weeks, though (albeit with a break in the middle), but still, 7 weeks is a very long time to be on a hormonal cocktail like this. 5 weeks would be the max.

Nasty No More !

Thank you IronFlex Supplements for the opportunity to do this.

The Nasty Mass cycle has ended I am out of ammo. I believe this was a great supplement for adding size. I also would think it would be good for strength (at my age I do not go for PR's). I actually finished the run last Sunday but I wanted to give my body a few days to return to "Normal" after the Christmas eating frenzy.
First the negatives, I did have some Blood Pressure issues with the Nasty Mass and I had headaches most of the time I was running it (headaches were minor) this could have some thing to do with my age? Overall I really like this supplement, I gained size, aggression in the gym, but none outside of the gym. I woke up every morning anxious to train. Once I started training the time went very fast and I trained quicker than usually with out trying. One of the side effects I noticed (which I liked) it curbed my hunger and made it easier to eat clean.

After Body Weight 188 (was up to 194lbs day after Christmas)
