Day 19 Body Weight 192lbs (I belive the large Italian meal and more sodium last night might have some thing to do with increase in body weight.) This morning I got up at 4:00am took my Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO , got on the computer (AnabolicMinds Forum) waited 30 minutes, Down to the basement/gym at 4:30am. Workout last about 1 hour.

I am still perplexed how something that can help me sleep very sound can also give me good pumps and focus during a workout. I am not sure how it works but it does!

Today Neck & Traps (Yes I train my neck)

Started out my workout today with an Ab routine that I read in the very first issue of Muscle Media 2000, it takes about 15 minutes to complete and is still one of the best ab routines I have ever found.

Day 20 Body Weight 192lbs. Today is an off day ...Well Sorta !

My Wife, Oldest Daughter her Family, and a few friends, did the MS Walk in Central PA, I am proud to say Our Team (9) people were the second highest fund raisers for the event, we raise just slightly less than $6000.00 the team that beat us was the Giant Foods Stores (a grocery store chain with over 200 stores)

When That was over home for about 4 hours of yard work. I love my Rest Days!!

No AM workout today, Had to go to the Dr, this morning for a Fasted Blood Test. Took my Protein and Oatmeal to work with me to eat after. Also I have been having some headaches, so I had my blood pressure check 134/79 sounds good to me ??

Did go to the gym after work today for some cardio 30 minutes of HIIT on the Elliptical heart rate 130-164bpm and also did some ab work.

I am not sure what the actual flavor is because I don't think it is listed on the label anywhere, but it has a Great Lemon Lime flavor, very smooth with no after taste.

Mixability 5/5
This products mixes very well in cool water, no grit, no clumps and no floaties.

Formula 5/5
I am not near as good at the "science" of supplements of some of the folks here on this board, I just know what I like. I believe the folks at Mind & Muscle have done a very good job of choosing what goes into this supplement.

Performance 5/5
First off let me say I do prefer a PWO with some stims, but that is not what this is designed for, so I can not fault it on that account. I see two large advantages to this (1) If you are on a budget and need a PWO and a Sleep aid, you can buy one product to accomplish both tasks, (2) If you work-out in the PM to close to Bedtime for a stim base pre-workout this should be you Go-To supplement.

This maybe one of the best valued supplements on the market, the price is reasonable, the tub is jam packed and you can use it am or pm, A win - win all the way!
