Going to Key West late next month and want to look like one on the beautiful people on the beach. So this will be my cutting log>
Leviathan reload will be taken 2 in morning and 2 preworkout
Incarnate will be taken 3 preworkout and 1 post
Somnidren sublingual before bed
ZMK before bed
Weight:230
BodyFat: 24.7 this is an estimate using a table of weight and waist size but will use this to track progress.
Today's woorkout:
Incline press: 205x6.6,6,6,4
Pulldowns: 6x5 sets
DB Bench: 75x10,9,8,
DB Rows: 75x10,9,8
Flys:12,11,10
Side laterals: 12,11,10

Hack squats: 265x5,385x5x2,265x5 these are old fashion hacksquats, load bar on floor, close stance, back to bar and stand. Had to use wristwraps on 2nd set of 385
Leg curls: 130x8,155x5x3

incarnate is great for joints, stay on it for 2 months or more and results will improve over time. i ran it 6 months straight last year, and my joints felt 10 years younger. btw i just turned 50. oh yeah, go to millenium website and get some samples of their stuff. really good products, make sure to try the cre02 and cordygen5.

Seated DB Press: 50x10,8,10
Tri pushdowns: 45x15x3
Close grip bench: 95x20,145x12 ran out of time so finished quickly
BB rows:180x12
Seated rows: 75x15
Bench: 205x6
