I like it, but did tend to "crash" so I started adding an extra dose early afternoon and that's helped quite a bit.

Went to my brothers to check out his new weight room setup and trained legs yesterday. Going back today to hit back.

Why so much volume on squats, vs adding a bit more weight? You've got 100 reps in the squatrack alone

Ok so initially I planned on training back with my brother yesterday but when I got to his house he asked if we could train chest. So that's what we did :)

10 minutes 1 on 30 seconds off

My blood sugar dropped shortly after we finished for some reason. Could've been due to skipping lunch and training instead. I drank 16oz of juice and was feeling fine in a matter of minutes.

It was really cool getting to train with my brother over the last couple of days. He has a pretty sweet set up. Just wished he lived closer.

Weight is still at 173, joints felt great!!

Why so much volume on squats, vs adding a bit more weight? You've got 100 reps in the squatrack alone
I've been running high volume every couple weeks then switching to heavier weight for a couple and back.
