Have not found an answer to this I see most saying not to take pre workout, but I workout in the morning. Would it better dosed after workout?

I workout in the morning and take it right when I workout, then 4 hours later, then pre bed.

Morning isn't a bad time at all, i believe cortisol is elevated at that point. But consistency is key.

It wont matter what time of the day you work out. Its just important you take it 2-3 times a day regularly
This. Timing doesn't matter as much as just consistently taking it each day 2-3 times per day.
