Let’s hear it, please. I’m steadily gaining right now on close to 2 grams a week of gear.
But I’m not pleased with my fat gain lately.
Especially with it being summer.
I need a recomp where ZERO size or strength is lost.
Lots of ideas that I feel would work, my biggest problem is anxiety with DHTs but I’m sure I can figure something out. Just probably won’t be running 800 mast or anything.
Maybe:
DHB 400/week
Winnie 60/day
T3
Or Dienolone 550/week
Winnie
Tren Ace 150/week(even worth it?)
T/3 + Helios.
Or
Trest 200/week
Mast or Desoxy 350/week
Var
T3
If there’s even a chance of losing size, I’ll wait until I’m comfortably 265-270 but I would really love a 10 week recomp to get this fat off but keep the muscle I’ve worked hard to get.
