Thanks Breezy. I wasn't really sure how I felt about it to start with but I gotta admit I am really liking it. I figured the first 4-6 weeks I would perform the exercises as detailed in the routine - then change it up and add some I have learnt from you. (Although I am using stretchers/face pulls supersetted in with the recommended exercise.)Nice work wasme. You're getting me interested in possibly giving PHAT a try.
