Real Life Diet of #1 Ranked Competitive Eater Matt Stonie

The Real-Life Diet of Matt Stonie, 120-Pound Competitive Eating Champion | GQ

The #1 Ranked Eater in the world and his daily diet besides his food competitions:

While competitive eaters train to deal with high volumes of food, they still feel full and bloated like everyone else, and don’t gluttonously love everything they eat. The contest that gave Stonie the most trouble was a pie-eating contest, where he ate 80 slices of pumpkin pie. “It’s a process,” he says. “We’re professionals, we aren’t just average Joes who have big appetites. We’ve calculated our techniques and approaches to these contests, we’ve trained our bodies and worked for what we’ve accomplished.”

Competitive eating is just glorified gluttony. It's disgusting. Competitive eating is as much of a sport as is taking crap...or for that matter bodybuilding.

For sure, but I bet his test is in the crapper! Hardly any fats or minerals in there!
He gets more fats in one competition than you eat in a week lol.
Try 12 pounds of deep fried asparagus. I bet that fat intake tips most of our weekly allotment haha

I have to agree at least with the first part. But again, people are free to do what they want.
