Thanks, Tex. Not sure what you mean by the "weights" thing. Did you mean what I used for weights? If so, that's done on purpose. Before when I kept a training journal, I used to list my weights. But, I realized that I kept using weights "for my journal" instead of using a weight that would be effective for me in my goals. From that point on, I'll list my weights sometimes, but for the most part, I don't want to fall in that trap anymore.good stuff man. It can get really old to do the same things every single day with nothing new to look forward too. Props to you for finding a way to stay motivated to the end goal.
