I'm going start eating raisins to get the Potassium to lower my blood pressure.

Does anyone have anything bad to say about Raisins,:bruce1: besides its high sugar content?

Aren't bananas a better source of potassium? You will also benefit from getting more magnesium

Raisins are great. Perfect time to eat them is post workout for a nice insulin spike and glycogen replenishment. I love raisins!
