Hey all, just wanted to post a quick introduction before I start posting and responding to threads. I've been lurking for a bit here, and have realized that you all have a great community and I want to be a part of it. I've learned a lot from you all, and I'm hoping to continue learning, as well as add my input. Quick stats.

26 years old, 70 inches, 230 pounds, about 17% bodyfat. I'm looking to get down to 10% at 200 lbs, so we'll see. Been lifting about 5 years, but have only recently been truly exposed to the world of anabolics. Haven't really done much, just a 4 week cycle of HMG Xtreme by ACL. I saw some incredible results, and am now about 12 weeks post. I would like to do another cycle, but want to get my diet and lifting 100%. It seems to me the biggest mistake people make is rushing into it without making sure their diet is in check. As I stated, I'm here to learn as much as possible from you guys, so I really appreciate all the great threads you have going.

Anywho, that's the short and skinny, hope to be an asset to the board.
