Questions regarding Reduce XT

So I've just recently finished my "cut" and am transitioning into my bulk.

I will be doing a very lean/clean/slow/callitwhatuwant bulk targeting a caloric surplus of 250~ on workout days and 180~ on rest days, usually 5 days workout per week.

As to the recommendations of many I took Reduce XT on the last 6 weeks of my cut. Dosed 1 pill per day weeks 6-8 and dosed 2 pills per day weeks 9-11. The two a day I did one upon waking and one 5~ hours later.

I still have about two bottles left and I wanted to know if they could be of use.

--What is the recommended cycling protocol, if necessary, for Reduce XT. 8 on 4 off? Does the dosing affect how long one could be on it before taking a break?

--Can Reduce XT be of use during a recomp/lean bulk? Maybe simply just dosed at 1 pill per day upon waking. Would assume this would be its most beneficial time.

**During my bulk I will. most likely, be using a combination of these supplements.
Swanson Ash/KSM-66 500mg
Creatine HCL 3g
Forskolin 95% 50-75mg (will reduce when combining with the next supps containing forskolin)
ABE or Massmax XT
X-Gels
Fish oils & Multi & BCAA's
Slinmax, Na-R-Ala, Agmatine

I would take at least 2 weeks off, possibly 4. Your dosing is the reason you could probably start back up after 2 weeks. It could definitely be used during a recomp/lean bulk to help keep off any unnecessary weight gain. Your stack looks pretty good to me, good luck man!

I would go 8 weeks tops if dosing around 2-3 caps, but 10-12 weeks if dosed at 1 cap.

IMO it is best saved for a cut, as typical anabolic processes will starve off cortisol any way. Only time I might use it during a lean bulk is if stress is also quite high and I need to limit cortisol

Think these guys pretty much covered it.

8 on 4 off is the recommendation for cycling; for a bulk, i would only use it if stress is really high, sleep is low/poor, or your workouts are insanely taxing (like marathon sessions 2x/day ha).

Sorry for asking but 8 on 4 off means days? Thanks!

It means weeks!
exactly. 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. that's the standard recommendation for nearly all supplements simply for liability sake. Most have not been clinically tested longer than that so a company cannot legally recommend longer (even if theres no reason to think there would be an issue... has to be proof or they become liable by "directing" you to take things longer)

I'm guessing reduce xt is non hormonal?
Yes reduce Xt is non hormonal and like said above, use 8 weeks with a 4 week break to follow.
