Question about nomenclature and structure

hey guys, i was doing some thinking, and I may be mistaken, but wouldn't methyl-1-test be better known as methyl-1-dht? Would dianabol be better known as methyl-1-test?

testosterone is 17b-hydroxy-4-androsten-3-one

dianabol is 17b-hydroxy-17a-methyl-1,4-androstadien-3-one

As you can see from the nomenclature, the only difference between test and d-bol is a carbon-carbon double bond between carbons 1 and 2 and the addition of a 17a-methyl group.

Methyl-1-test is 17b-hydroxy-17a-methyl-5a-androst-1-en-3-one

This is a 5a-reduced androgen; no double bond between carbons 5 and 6 (like DHT).

The only difference between M1T and DHT is a 17a-methyl group and a double bond between carbons 1 and 2.

Any input?

Damn, I know my question is borderline insignificant, but no one wants to help me with some chemistry?
