Has anyone had there indo Dr suggest they donate blood to keep their bone marrow growth countdown?

Not bone marrow, but red blood cell count I've heard of. Although I do know that red blood cells originate in the bone marrow. So, it kinda makes sense. Especially if you are taking steroids, your red blood cell count can elevate too high. Giving blood is a pretty common way to counter it.

For steroids? Do you know what type of blood panel he ran? More than likely it was a metabolic panel which will show elevated red blood cells and will show test levels, but it wouldn't directly detect the presence of androgens. That would be a different test.

I have a pituitary problem causing Low T . So im on two ML testosterone injections= 400 mg every two weeks. Im free T was 516 . It was taken 2weeks after shot.
