Just to make it clear I am not bashing your advice in anyway, I mean hey it works for you! I am sure you work hard, all serious competitiors natural or not do! I am just saying this doesn't work for us natty's and was trying to help your thread out. By your diction and syntax it seems like your from another counrty so my words may come off wrong. I am done here, good luck in the future Vic, kill it!

I never said don't drink for 72 hours dont put words in my mouth also I won a few natural shows my self including anbc nationals and placing top 5 at team universe twice. Something you will never do. Your just an online champion in your own mind. take your which hunt some where else you skinny loser. You probably look like a swimmer do people even know you lift weight. Btw I don't use diretics either I love how you make assumptions about me. You keep ignoring the fact that I mentioned I train natural guys as well. I know you will be back with more stupid comments because your an idiot. The only reason I mention my achievements is to let people know Im no troll like you. Jr national natural champion what effen joke if its not npc you are probably competing against people who are beginners at what ever level local or national. I chose to make the switch because I won everything and decided It wasn't fulfilling to beat people who weren't the best there is I have been competeing and winning longer then you been potty trained.

look realy good well done, can i ask about deadlifting is it useful for bodybuilding? and is it better off the floor or off a rack which would mean you didnt have to pull from the floor but maybe 2 or 3 inchs from the floor which would of course make it alot easier plus making it possible to handle heavier weight and how many sets of how many reps would be advisable

Thank you. I am going to finish my last bulk and begin prep very soon. I will break for Christmas and begin again. I go pretty low carbs and include some fats like almonds cashews and avacado. I eat chicken, lean beef and a good protein as needed. I only boost test with what I can buy legally for now since I am in the navy. I don't want to take any chances. I missed fifth by one point last show. I want to improve on that.
