Hey guys,
I'm having an issue that I really need some feedback on. I'm 30 now, and never drank until college. In college I was in a frat and partied hard for all four years (only weekends). After I graduated I kept this lifestyle up for a bit and then just moved into more of a social drinker / would have more than a few on rare occasions.
I am now finding that if I have even 2 beers, I feel awful the next day. Not hungover mind you, but just *depressed* *anxious* *unmotivated*. The effect lasts anywhere from 24 hours - a few days. If I have a night of drinking really hard (NYE or something) I am a wreck for the better half of a week.
The obvious answer is to limit my drinking to 1 drink..I know that, but I am interested in WHAT is happening. This never happened in the past. I don't want to fix it (I won't miss alcohol) but I am worried it is a sign of something else. Normally I am a very happy person. Any ideas?
