HHAHAH brought my phone to the apple store today and apparently there was NO WATER DAMAGE... even though it was submerged in freezing cold water for over an hour haha got a new one free ;)

had some iBCAA and vitaberry preworkout and during my workout (getting in ALL flavors of Maximum Absorbed Protein in next week for pre and post workout)

Whatsup guys! After a nice long weekend in new hampshire, I'm back in new york, revitalized and back to my schedule. Tonight I got home early enough that I could train at the gym before it closed and I did some chest and a little front delts and abs to finish off.

I've been having a tonnn of stomach issues yet... my doctor thinks it might be my gallbladder or some type of intestinal disease... so until I get that squared away and can actually eat like normal, this is my daily diet:

Meal 1 8-10 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup spinach and garlic, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 2 8-10 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup spinach and garlic, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3 8oz tilapia OR 8oz bison steak, 1 cup california veggies OR 1 cup hummus & 1 whole wheat pita (hummus and wheat pita on heavier lifting days)
Meal 4 70g beef protein isolate

I know its not much food, but I'm very nauseous mostly all day for some weird reason and my food is taking much much longer to digest, so this is the bestI can do!

ANyways, here was my workout:

Incline Barbell Press 4 sets with 1 drop set at the end
Flat machine press 4 sets
----supersetted with 4 sets incline dumbbell flys
Incline Hammerstrength press 4 sets
----supersetted with 4 sets 45lb plate front raises
4 sets alternating dumbbell front raises

2 sets leg raises
2 sets machine crunches

nothing sets it off, its totally random which is weird... ive even kept a log, there doesnt seem to be any easily spotted foods that set it off. It also comes and goes which is strange. Today I was unbelievably hungry and my stomach felt fine all day and I ate a sh*tload of food... but on a different day even a small chobani yogurt or bread will make me nauseous


Trained arms today (one set for bi and one set for tri supersetted )

Straight bar pushdowns 5 sets
--supersetted with
Straight bar curls 5 sets

Alternating DB curls 4 sets
--supersetted with
Overhead machine extensions 4 sets

Overhead one arm DB extensions 4 sets
--supersetted with
DB concentration curls 4 sets

triple drop set on the machine preacher to finish off (50 reps total)

I like them all, but personally I think cranberry is the best. It hasn't been released yet, i'm still just using the test batches. I take in a couple a day randomly and one immediately post workout. Still using PreMax 30 minutes before the workout.

Here's my reviews for MAP

Mango: Best flavor, smells AMAZING, taste is good, covers up the peptopro taste the best out of the flavors.

Lemon Lime: Also smell very very good. Taste is good but doesn't cover up the peptopro as much as the mango does.

Strawberyy Lemonade: So so... didn't cover up the peptopro as well and flavor was OK.

Let me tell ya guys, these are some GREAT natural supps. Each week I seem to be getting steadily stronger, which I could not be happier about.

I'm still taking about 2-3 servings of MAP a day, 2 servings sustain alpha 5 days a week, and one serving of endo amp in my protein shake once a day.

Yesterday was an off day and today was back and abs

Lat pulldowns 4 sets
One arm hammerstrength rows 4 sets +1 drop set
Closegrip low row 4 sets
Machine Tbar rows 4 sets-
---supersetted with
rope cable pullovers 4 sets

Been taking MAP right upon waking and find it great for that crazy hunger and stomach pain in get in the mrning until i eat

Traine shoulders and legs and arms to finish the week off and trained back today!

This MAP protein keeps growing on me more and more. The initial taste was so so, but now that I'm getting used to it, all the flavors are pretty good!

Yesterday I trained Arms:
EZbar pushdowns 5 sets
Closegrip Bench (smith) 4 sets
One arm cable pulldowns 4 sets
Straight bar curls 5 sets
Incline bench db curls 4 sets
cable reverse curls 4 sets


GREAT workout! the MAP protein is gret before and after as well as right upon waking or before bed! You really can't even tell u had a shake, it gets absorbed so fast and is so light.

Did some ab work today and 20 minutes of cardio.

Spring break is here! I will be taking a MUCH NEEDED 1 week off of training, but I will still be taking my MAP protein as soon as I roll out of bed in the morning and also right before bed... these are my favorite times to take the protein.

Also, I've been waking up with swollen hands, which means my growth hormone levels are shooting up there , most likely from the endoamp max I would assume!

at this rate the 1lb is gone in less than a month, no?

where as with BSN and or ON whey you have 5lbs ... it's just hard to justify it :/

i might just get it because i have $27 in PP credit...

Yep, 1lb would be gone pretty fast.. it's cool though because you can take a small dose, and it gets absorbed fast and super efficiently, and feels like water going down it's crazy

Did some hiking this weekend before Easter Sunday. Hiked 4 miles in NH and let me tell ya, it was pretty hard haha Not in the best physical shape in the outdoors, funny how being strong in the gym doesn't correlate! Anyways, it was some good cardio for sure and got some color!

Spring break is over now, so it's back to the gym! Started off hardcore today (first day back in NY), trained chest and dosed my endoamp and sustai n alpha preworkout with my MAP protein! Ran out of mango flavor though!

Here's what i did today:

Incline BB: 6 sets
Incline DB flys: 5 sets
Flat machine press: 3 sets
Incline machine press (hammerstrength): 3 sets

3 sets leg raises
3 sets cable crunchs

Trained shoulders and biceps yesterday, great workout. Dosed 1 scoop endo amp and MAP pre and 2 scoops MAP post. TOday is like 80 degrees so I will not be going to the gym haha I will be outside ALL day!

Got my buddy Matt Acton (model and sales at my store, Shredded Rx) hooked on sweet serum... attached is a pic of some new muffins he's making with sweet serum and below is the recipe.


Jim, get me some of that sweet serum asap!!! hahaha

"1 half cup oatmeal 2 oz milk 2 eggwhites with semisweet chocolate chips chocolate protein 2 packets of stevia , and dont forget the sweet serum a liquid sweetener also can be used as syrup pick it up at shreddedRx"

I am super interested in this. I actually have been discussing this for a friend to do a 12 on 12 off 12 on cycle of this and see how he likes it. He is getting into the range where he is ready for a PH, but he wants to keep pushing without going that route, so I told him to try giving the TCF-1 a run. I am intrigued by the studies, so its time to see some real world use.

Video is going to have to be postponed till monday because I'm going out of town today for some appointments!

Had a hardcore bicep workout yesterday! Strength is actually shooting through the roof since I've started the TCF-1!!!!! Pretty impressive, and tastes good, can't beat that!


DB curls 4 sets
BB preacher curls 3 sets
DB hammer curls 3 sets
Incline DB curls 3 sets SUPERSETTED w/ Machine preacher curls 3 sets


Awesome workout! My workouts have just been getting better and better lately!

Officially finishd with my TCF cycle and very impressed at the mood change and strength gains in such little time!!

Trained back yesterday, great workout...

4 sets pullups
4 sets widegrip low rows
5 sets One arm hammer strength rows
4 sets behind neck shrugs


GOing to train chest right now and possibly some tris and cardio... we'll see how things go!
