Hey bro I have had stomach issues for a year now Pain in the a$$ I have taken every Stomach drug known to man and nothing no cure.. they also check for H-pylori Lots of blood test nothing all my Organs are healthly...Whatsup guys! After a nice long weekend in new hampshire, I'm back in new york, revitalized and back to my schedule. Tonight I got home early enough that I could train at the gym before it closed and I did some chest and a little front delts and abs to finish off.
I've been having a tonnn of stomach issues yet... my doctor thinks it might be my gallbladder or some type of intestinal disease... so until I get that squared away and can actually eat like normal, this is my daily diet:
Meal 1 8-10 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup spinach and garlic, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 2 8-10 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup spinach and garlic, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3 8oz tilapia OR 8oz bison steak, 1 cup california veggies OR 1 cup hummus & 1 whole wheat pita (hummus and wheat pita on heavier lifting days)
Meal 4 70g beef protein isolate
I know its not much food, but I'm very nauseous mostly all day for some weird reason and my food is taking much much longer to digest, so this is the bestI can do!
ANyways, here was my workout:
Incline Barbell Press 4 sets with 1 drop set at the end
Flat machine press 4 sets
----supersetted with 4 sets incline dumbbell flys
Incline Hammerstrength press 4 sets
----supersetted with 4 sets 45lb plate front raises
4 sets alternating dumbbell front raises
2 sets leg raises
2 sets machine crunches
nothing sets it off, its totally random which is weird... ive even kept a log, there doesnt seem to be any easily spotted foods that set it off. It also comes and goes which is strange. Today I was unbelievably hungry and my stomach felt fine all day and I ate a sh*tload of food... but on a different day even a small chobani yogurt or bread will make me nauseousHey bro I have had stomach issues for a year now Pain in the a$$ I have taken every Stomach drug known to man and nothing no cure.. they also check for H-pylori Lots of blood test nothing all my Organs are healthly...
My question to you is- do find some foods make you stomach hurt that before it did not? For me it was furits like banana and grapes that makes me curl up in a ball in pain!!! good luck man I hope is an easy fix
The test I have taken are as followed
CT
endoscopy
colonoscopy
Tried strawberry lemonade and mango yesterday... Gotta say, mango for the win!
Took my sustain alpha yesterday morning, then again postworkout with endo amp max... today I took 1 serving sustain alpha in the AM with my endoamp mixed with some mango MAP
Trained back and shoulders yesterday
Closegrip lowrow 4 sets
Reverse grip lat pulldowns 4 sets
Tbar rows 4 sets
--supersetted with
cable rear delt flys 4 sets
Dumbbell rows 3 sets
Upright rows 4 sets
Seated (forwards) on behind neck press 4 sets
Side dumbbell laterals 4 sets with 1 drop set
I like them all, but personally I think cranberry is the best. It hasn't been released yet, i'm still just using the test batches. I take in a couple a day randomly and one immediately post workout. Still using PreMax 30 minutes before the workout.wouldn't have thought mango would win that one. you try lemon-lime yet?
how are you using your MAP?
been interested in the endoamp for awhile now! i wonder what effect it would have with test cyp?:dunno:Tried strawberry lemonade and mango yesterday... Gotta say, mango for the win!

maybe endoamp would stack well with one of the popular gh boosters? workout looks swole, bro. lol.Probably not much with the anti-cort, maybe would help boost gh levels though! ive been waking up with numb hands!
Did shoulders today after my two doses of sustain alpha and endo amp max dose!
Felt strong today!
3 sets behind neck press
3 sets front press on reverse press machine
4 sets smith upright rows

I am in, can't believe I have missed this to this point. I absolutely love Primordial, so I will really enjoy following one of their athletes.Check out my log in the supplement log section guys, I will be adding TCF-1 in next week!
Thanks man!I am in, can't believe I have missed this to this point. I absolutely love Primordial, so I will really enjoy following one of their athletes.
I am super interested in this. I actually have been discussing this for a friend to do a 12 on 12 off 12 on cycle of this and see how he likes it. He is getting into the range where he is ready for a PH, but he wants to keep pushing without going that route, so I told him to try giving the TCF-1 a run. I am intrigued by the studies, so its time to see some real world use.cant wait for my primordial supps to get here, i will be logging the new tcf-1 as well!
