Got my bottle in yesterday which was an off day, but when ahead and took a 2 caps yesterday 1 noon another preworkout. Did the same today. While on this I will be shooting or more of a recomp/lean bulk more than anything. Dealing with a couple of small nagging injuries the last couple of days but if I can get them to subside I will be staying the course on my current program. Push Pull Legs 3days power followed by 3days hypertrophy followed by an offday. Depending on how my body feels sometime I will take another rest day between the 2 cycles but at the least I get in 6 workouts every 8 days. I will be eating slightly above maintenance and fairly clean. I will try to post my workouts daily but I will update my feelings on the product about 2-3 times a week. Todays workout was kind of a deload at the end of a microcycle.
