Prime break

I know it's recommended to take a break from Prime for 4 weeks, after 8 weeks of use. I was just going to continue to use Formex as it's one of my staples. Seems Formex has been out of stock for the last couple of weeks.

What could I use during my break from Prime that's effective as Formex?
