Alright, I'll try to make this as short as possible.
Ran Phera for 2 weeks, followed by 1 week of superdrol. Went 10mg for 3 days, then bumped it up to 20mg. Pretty good gains, very pleased. Honestly everybody I know says "Youre taking steroids", and I have to do the whole "I take something call hard work".
I have one of those bodyfat scales. Its pretty expensive (Got it as a gift), actullay very expensive, so I can assume its as accurate as possible.
Pre- Superdrol...Post Superdrol
Height: 5'11.5...5'11.5
Weight: 199...216.4
Body Fat: 19.8...20.1
Body Water: 55.4...55.3
Muscle Mass: 151.0...164.4
Bone Mass: 7.8...8.4
Visceral Fat: 4...5
All lifts went up. Bench went from 185 6x to 185 16x. 225 1x to 225 5x
Now thats great and all, but 20% body fat is too high. My fat is mainly around my chest and my obliques. I am having a big problem with gyno. Have had gyno since I was about 12, kind of chubby, and also the "fat band" that stretches from nipple to under the armpit. My chest looks great when its cold out, but not great when its normal. There was no real "gyno flareup", its always been like that. Nipples are not tender at all.
I am currently on day 2 of PCT. Heres what it looks like.
Wk 1: Nolva 60mg. 3 caps retain. Vigor antioxidant. Cycle Support.
Wk 2: Nolva 40mg. 3 caps retain. Vigor. Cycle Support
Wk 3: Nolva 20mg. 2 caps retain. Vigor. Cycle Support
Wk 4: Nolva 10mg. 2 caps retain. Vigor. Cycle Support
After this is over (+ time to recover from PCT) I would like to jump in to a gyno reducing cycle. Whether it be letro, ralox, etc., I just need to do something. I would like to lose fat and have the old Red Acid by Controlled Labs in my drawer, but would like advice with that as well.
