Hey guys,

finishing my first test/ Helladrol cutting cycle this week. I've had some great fat loss/ recomping. I've been given the chance to review FORMUTECH NUTRITION™'s RESTORE™. Looks like a great product and I'm really interested in it's anti estrogen effects, as well as liver support.

First impression...

Really sharp logo and bottle

Not an expert on all the ingredients, but the formula looks solid.

Serving size is 4 pills... and the pills are quite large. Wouldn't recommend swallowing all 4 at once, but two at a time went down smooth.

No weird burps or bad taste afterward. Nice.

I'm not expecting anything crazy from this type of product, but keeping estro low is great especially during a cut and pct.

Will do. I've heard of people using dandelion root pre contest as a diuretic, so I like that addition!

Forgot to post yesterday. Popped all 4 caps at once and it went down easier than I expected. Been partying a lot lately so I'm glad to have this to take care of my liver.
Ran up to the gym to work legs and realized the gym closed in 30 mins. I busted ass to knock out as many sets as I could. Also misplaced my weightlifting belt somewhere, so I didn't want to go too heavy and hurt my back (manual labor is a bitch with a messed up back).

Squats: 225 x 10, 9, 8

Leg press: 405 x 10, 8, 8

Leg extensions: 130 x 12, 10, 10

Wish I coulda done some romanian deadlifts and some lunges, but I did what I could.

Started water and carb manipulation today. Prolly ate like 10g of carbs today. Definitely feeling tired and craving sweets.

Did some calves/ forearms/ cardio... pretty easy workout

Taking the day off from the gym.

Decided to jump back on my diet pretty hard. I'm really happy with the results from my cycle, and its worth trying my hardest to maintain them. I've skipped multiple chances to drink lately, so I'm trying. That combined with the Restore... really caring for my liver.

I'm not counting calories, but I'm eating really clean, lots of protein and good carbs. Gonna try to eat a bit more at each sitting as long as its a healthy meal. Hoping a few extra cals will help maintain my new muscle.

Gonna keep cardio pretty high to stay lean. We'll see what happens.

Lovin this periodization cause I'm setting new PRs almost every workout.

Urine is still clean, and I feel great.

So I keep mentioning my clear urine... the last 2 days its been the brightest yellow I've ever seen. I'm pretty sure my beta alanine is causing it tho. That first piss after a dose is like neon, glow in the dark yellow.

that happened to me when I took BA before, but I've been on it for a couple weeks now and it just started. Heard that happens after you're body is saturated in it, and ur body passes any extra out. Thoughts?

Ive never had that happen before, but if I eat a lot of carbs it gets yellow as hell. what about that?

Hmm... I don't know. Haven't counted macros in forever, but diets been pretty consistent

Had a good workout yesterday. Set a PR on bench with 225 x 2. And that was after a hard weekend of drinking. I'm hoping to get it x 3 next week, then maybe max out at 250?!?! That would be a milestone

Final review:

Its hard to say exactly how well this product works. I had zero high or low estrogen problems while taking this. No gyno, and no achy joints either. I think this kept estro in the low- normal range cause I was looking lean and dry while taking it.
As far as liver protection... hard to tell without some bloodwork, but my urine was cleaner than ever while taking this. I stacked it with cycle assist for 2 weeks, then dropped the CA, and everything kept running smooth.
Great bottle design, adequate estrogen and liver protection... sounds like a solid product to me. I recommend it!
