That is a bit of an unnecessary length of time on a product. I definitely cycle off most everything after roughly 2 months. Although with how beneficial that last 4 weeks are in the product it is always tempting to push the product a bit longer than the 8 weeks we recommend.

haha thanks... That was me about a month ago... before my 8 day all inclusive cruise in which I gained 26lb ha. Needless to say that definition is not quite back just yet
