PCT timing. Need help! Confused.

I am having a little trouble on figuring out the timing of my post cycle. I am taking HCG, Nolvadex and possibly Proviron. The reason being I read that proviron does not inhibit natural testosterone production, prevents estrogen and helps maintain gains during post cycle.

Here is my cycle:

Equipoise: wks 1-16
-Dosage: 400 mg/wk
Test Cyp: wks 1-16
-Dosage: 500 mg/wk
Dianabol: wks 1-6
-Dosage: 50 mg/day
Winstrol: wks 8-16 (possible revision)
-Dosage: 50 mg/day

So my question is when to start taking HCG. I've heard that u want at least 6 days clear of your last shot before u start your pct. Only want to take it for 2-3 weeks. And both eq and test c. last about 2 weeks after the last injection. This is my mock pct:
HCG: 15-17
*Nolvadex: 18-21
*Proviron: 18-21
*taken about the time the eq and test clear. And 6-7 days after last HCG shot.

2 weeks after last shot start pct

quit hcg 4 days prior to pct i assume you gonna run it like 250ius 2x week or something

I would take your last HcG pin on the day of your last test pin.

the week before your last test pin, run HcG at 500 EOD to prep for PCT.
