Look, if you can't add to the cart you can either contact that company if you are sure they are legit and go from there, or find another one.
Is there phone/email contact information you can use to contact the owner about their cart trouble?

nolva should do you fine for pct as far as research chemicals go.
run it for 4 weeks at 40/20/20/10, and run some liver support as well cuz its hepatoxic.
