I'm interested to hear coops input on this versus arachidonic acid.

Looks like a study with some pretty crazy results just came out about free acid HMB as well.

It's not a modified AA. It's a phospholipid. It supposedly triggers and regulates mTOR. The data behind it looks promising.

Yeah the price is a kick in the old nutt sack but it works great. Its worth it but yes its like somebody puts your grapes in a bench vice and flattens them like a pancake, then eats said flattened balls pancake
