Right. I wasn't sure if I should pick up a bottle to help stabilize my last cycle.It's one of those grey areas. Some say it's great for maintaining gains, some think that it continues to suppress the HPTA aka continuing to shut you down. I've used it in post cycle with clomid and I got stronger and maintained good mass with a good diet. Never got bloods done to prove it.

Yah I accidentally bought 1 instead of 4 and just ran it anyways.I would've left out the andro. Maybe 4-ad but not 1

What kind of diet?That sounds like a good way to catabolize muscle. I do no cardio besides metabolic conditioning and am shredding 0.75-1% a week currently during pct.
