Final Review for Osta-Plex:
I want to say thanks again to the guys for giving me a chance to do this. This was a product giveaway but figured what the hell, might as well run a log on it. Well on to the review.
Hunger: I ran this while still in a slight cut and did start to notice some increased hunger while running this product. It wasn’t anything to overwhelming or out of control, and I felt like to me this really wouldn’t be a con while running a cut using this product and maybe just enough to help during a bulk.
Stamina: since for the most part of this log I have known I have a upcoming shoulder surgery that will put half my upper body out of commission for a while I have taken this time to really smoke my upper body to give a bit of a cushion to lean on while not being able to train one side. This is really where I feel the product shines. For most of the second half of this product run I have been training my upper body about 3 to 4 times a week. Going from 3 full upper body days and then moving to 1-2 full upper days then with each body part done by itself thrown in. during this entire time of really working the upper body I haven’t once felt fatigued or worn out. I have to really give the credit for this to the Osta-plex since I haven’t really increased food intake or sleep or any other factors that would really boost recovery.
Strength: strength really maintained the same, maybe a bit of increase but nothing out of this world. Muscle size did seem to increase and so did vascularity, since I am not one to be able to see veins, the small hoses under the skin on my forearms was a welcomed site.
Overall: this product isn’t a bad product but also isn’t a magic potion, so it is a recommend buy as long as the person buying isn’t expecting Arnold like gains.
Not sure if result would be more intensified with a longer run and maybe at a higher dosage.
