Been working my butt off in hopes of setting some new PRs, and breaking into some serious ground in this log. Current Training split is Chest/Back, Leg/Shoulders, and Arms/Abs, Off, Repeat. So far It gives me 2 rest days as most Sat. my training partner goes hunting so I take off as well. Seen great results thus far been doing this since Sep. and I must say its going great!
Supps: I really should be logging these but Viron and Follidrone. Straight killing it atm and loving it. Honestly dont know if Form would aid me that much but there's alot about it I just dont know if I am ready for. Awaiting Vitality to add to this combo as Im sure it will benefit my pursuit of GAINZZZ quite well. Been using Viron for just under a month and hoping to see some interesting results starting to kick in besides the odd things already lol.
Diet: Honestly eating whatever the heck is available. Using Myfit pal and going from 228 to 240(ish) is the goal. Currently attempting to eat the old 40/40/20 split at 3880 cals and just not gaining a thing atm. Cabs-388g, Pro-388g, and Fats-86g. Im always just over my fats btw not terrible but I dont touch the other 2 values. Hopefully it will keep getting better and I will start seeing a shift.

Goals: Id like myself to get a contest 405 and official squat down on paper. Id love to see myself attain a 1500lbs total but man where to add on! Just isnt that easy but what is that's worth it.
Currently my game plan, I will adjust after reading tomorrow night as im 3 Margaritas down and just starting to sober up, yes this is how some of my best papers were written lol. I get a little more focused and realized ive started a rant somewhere. Let me know if I am missing anything please and get ready to join me on this adventure. I love constructive criticism and welcome all opinions so feel free to let me know how improvements can be made.
