i picked up a Marshmallow Treat flavor ON Whey Crisp Bar at the local supp shop on my way to the salt mines today.
here's my review of it, in case you guys want a good sweet treat that wont totally bust your diet.

taste: 10
tasted just like a rice crispy treat!!! even had little white chips in it... soo good and sweet, not a bad aftertaste, and beats a cookie or brownie as far as nutrients go
texture: 7
it was a little tough to bite off.. like most protein bars are. strong jaws are required.. but once you start chewing you're good togo! it softens up nicely.
convenience: 10
IT'S A PROTEIN BAR. OF COURSE IT'S CONVENIENT.
so i recommend this for a quick and easy protein boost if you're in a pinch and cant get to a real meal, but with only 250 calories, definitely not a good meal replacement :sombrero:
