Day 52/53 were off days 7 hours shoveling one day handful yesterday and alittle more today, hitting some squats legpres and leg extensions later on, and a few sets of bicep curls maybe

After today I have 6 days left, 5 of those days will be at 1250 epi the other just at 1000.. somehow have 5 extra epi and 2 of 4andro so might as well use them!

Just did a lot of preacher curls and then some barbell close grip to end it. Super fast workout only had a half hr due to poor planning

Few more days left on this cycle sad to have it end and that I missed those workouts earlier in the week esp cuz it was the last week...
