OG BioForge V3 Dosing Question

Still have the original BioForge that I need to use up. Directions say take it 20-30 minutes before meals.

What is the reasoning behind taking it prior to food?

Also, if I take it only 10 minutes before food, will it lessen its effects or would it be the same as 20-30 minutes prior?

most companies suggest taking ashwagandha(sensoril) with food. only reasoning I can think of based on the formula. as for lessening the effects, I don't think either timing will make any noticeable difference for anyone.
