Guidelines: Post in this thread telling us you're at the gym and post your workout for the day. "Doing chest/tris" or "Doing legs" or get as specific as you want.
Each logged workout is a "Check-In"
Optional Acknowledgement (a person can post to acknowledge another person's "Check-In")
Think of that as simply posting "congrats on the PR" or "Workout Confirmed" or other feedback.
Person with the most "Check-Ins" or "Most Active" (check-ins + acknowledgements) will get a gift certificate to a sponsor retailer here at AnabolicMinds!
Best way to do this is through our mobile app with push notifications turned ON. Subscribe to the thread to receive notifications. First to acknowledge, gets it.
