Obama Adm: No faith in Black voters

Heres the jist: A small town in N.C. that is 65% Black voted 2-1 to get rid of party affiliations on ballots for local elections. The result? Obama and Atty. Gen. Eric Holder intervened and wont let them on the basis that Black voters will not know who (or are too dumb)to vote for if there is no "D" next to a candidates name...........good to see that change has come to America.
