nah, I wish i did!
there's a hardcore gym where I go to school that I might be getting a membership for that has the works though.

2.5mile jog on beach, legs were so full pumped

Workout 2

Flat Bench 3x5
315x1 BAM wanted to see if i could do it again
285x5x5x5 PR, first time doing 3 sets of this weight

Inc Db 4x8
100x8x8x8x8
-took it easy

Mil Db 3x8
65x5 pooped
65x4 alt hold at shoulders
65x7 norm

DB kickbacks 1arm at time
30x10x10x10 no rest
