On a side note. Anyone else have increased GI Motility. I know these things happen with new sups but Its been for a few days now. No biggie just curious.

If i full dose. I been,low dosing. I got 2 a,size where i was growing faster than my strength on ether.

I dropped it back down to 1.5 of Ether and presto! No more GI issues. Maybe 2 scoops pre and post was a little to much. Must be the weight I am loosing.

315x1 (PR) This is a PR for me. This has been the biggest mental block for me my entire lifting career. Plus I'm on a caloric deficit and doing faster workouts.
The sets where correct for a PR day, maybe next time hit 265 2x and 275 1x before going to 315 or 325. On a PR day, you dont want to rep
with two sets 10 lbs from each other unless you weren't trying to PR.

I use to compete and was a Colorado State bench champion, for me mentally, my block was 405. I could do 365lbs since I was 20 yrs old but couldnt get over 385 (45,45,45,35) each side. Once I got that 4 cookies up on each side for 405, I swear I shot to 425lbs for 6 reps in 6 months. So now mentally you got that 315 up, work to that 365lbs.

Every time I drink mine now I think of Jet Fuel !! Pretty Cool Name !!

I didnt even see this the,other day. Sht just got real. Ppl always do logs and b like "new pr this. New pr that" idc what you on....breaking 315 then hitting 335 like a week later is doing work!
