Hey guys, just wondering if this is too much green tea in a day
I take one of these a day
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap daily with a meal. Do not take this product on an empty stomach. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW AHCC, Immune Renew and Mangoni.

It's really hard to tell how much actual green tea is in ON amino energy but would these two products be a overkill?
One green tea cap is definitely enough but would amino energy be enough?
