Nolvadex/Arimidex

I am about to finish up DMZ extreme and I was wondering what I should run for PCT? I have heard that over the counter products might not cut it. Should I Run nolva 20mgs/day and Adex for 1mg/day? Add on another otc product? This was my first PH. I feel like I may be prone to gyno. And I was thinking that I would do this for 30 days for my pct.

I don't think you need an AI if your running nolva for your pct. I'd run adex maybe if you were using clomid though.
