I'm new to PH and am interested in running a cycle. I'm 45 and been lifting for over 10 years. I am interested in adding mass while cutting. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated, even if they're "don't do it". I work in sales, so lethargy is of some concern to me. I'm not looking to compete, just want to look better at the beach. I was looking at M-sten, but, reading this forum, I'm thinking that may be too much for a first cycle?
