Since I finished a ph cycle over a month ago I have been slowly dropping cals by cutting back on milk and eating little to know carbs after my dinner and pretty much tapering them down throughout the day. Anyways Im really intrigued by DC training and was thinking about starting up with in the next week or 2. Im currently on a 5 day split which I have been doing literally my whole life with varying reps and sets with a mix a high reps and low reps during a workout. So basically would DC training be effective on a cut?
