Need help deciding what to do...

I'm 33, did a few cycles when I was 24, 26 and 28. When I was 26 I didn't care about life and juiced hard for 5-6 months. Test/NPP/Tren-A/Dbol. Ever since then, besides the cycle I did when I was 28, I've had ED and just haven't felt like it's even worth working out without gear. I did take some PCT on the second cycle, but I don't think it was enough. I had some blood work done last year and my liver values were high, if I remember right, 140 was the top of the normal range and I was in the high 150's, got tested again 6 months later and was right at the top of the normal range. Never had test levels checked though.

I know I'm an idiot for abusing things and not doing proper PCT, believe me, I regret it.

Anyways, I'm trying to decide what to do now. I want to feel better again and not have ED. I've tried Cialis as a "research chemical" and haven't had much in terms of results, just upset stomachs and stuffy noise mostly. Even though I regret abusing gear, I felt the best I've ever felt in my life when I was on it. What can I do to get back some of that feeling? Should I do a PCT now? Test boosters? I tried sustain alpha and actually felt really good on it, fixed my ED and boosted my mood, but I started getting a horrible rash after 3 days and just couldn't take it anymore. Or should I consider TRT? Another light cycle with proper PCT? One concern I have is that my gf and I would like to have kids in a few years. Not sure how TRT messes with that or what the long term consequences to health might be.

If you did any research you already know you need to go see a doctor and have bloodwork done and go from there with either a protocol to restart your hormonal system or simply TRT. I don’t understand what answers you’re hoping to get here? Over 5 years of ED so probably less energy, motivation and all that... just fix it. Why did you allow yourself to stay unhealthy with shitty levels for so long? Go seek help from a doctor and fix the situation. There’s really nothing you can do without bloodwork just like you can’t build a house without a plan my man!

There is a lot going on in this post, but the best advice I could give is look at the reason for your ED. Your test levels might be tanked but it would easily be high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes or any number of things.

Seek the advice of a medical professional, have them examine your hormone levels. If your test levels are low, a HPTA restart protocol might be appropriate. TRT might be an option but it's impossible for me to say.

Thanks. I'll go get some blood work done. Do you just tell the doctor you did roids and never recovered? I know, I feel like I wasted 5 years of life. I didn't have health insurance for a few of those years and was out of work for one. Finally have a good job/health insurance so I'm trying to get this figured out now. Unfortunately with Covid, can't get a doctors appointment for this.

My blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar were all fine in my blood work. I'm guessing its just low T.

Is there much difference between an HPTA restart and test boosters? I should probably do my own research instead of asking. Feel free to ignore that.

Yep as the two guys above have said you got to go to a professional and get bloods bro.

So many things could be going on. Literally no way to get a plan without knowing where you are at,

You need a full panel and then you can’t start to address things. You ‘may’ need trt but you may be able to recover things without. Your test may be fine and it’s something else.

No one can make a sensible suggestion without tests bro

You can tell him or you can just keep it for yourself it won’t change anything in my opinion. The pass is the pass and if your levels are **** it won’t really matter the reason... the goal will be to fix it! Personally i wouldn’t tell him I’d just say you’ve spent last years with low energy, serious ED , etc etc and want bloodwork done. And don’t be scared to make it sound like your life is miserable so he takes you seriously. I went thru all that and some doctors didn’t give a flying **** sadly

Yeah, I've had other health issues, a lot of doctors don't care at all. I have been feeling miserable the last few years! Low energy, no motivation, depression, ED. Sustain Alpha seemed to fix it, I felt so much better within a week and ED was gone. My skin just can't take it though. I'll at least get some blood work done and come back in a few weeks hopefully. Thanks!

These guys gave you great advice.
See a Dr. Tell him your issues.

You can just do a pct if you want though. Can't really hurt.

Nobody has addressed the fact that depression may have a hand in all this as well. Talk to the doc. Get bloodwork done and go from there. I would just tell him your symptoms. If you tell him you did gear in the past he may be dismissive. My doc wouldn’t address my T levels in the 300s as a 34 year old man and he didn’t know about any use in the past. Now I use an online telemedicine clinic for TRT.
I also liked sustain alpha in the past but I wouldn’t use it if it’s giving you a rash

I abused my body for many years with alcohol abuse....I think the old saying...'if I knew I would live this long I would have taken better care of myself '...applies to both of us. hopefully the youngsters can/will learn from our mistakes-but I doubt it, young people are invincible, I know I thought I was!!!
