Hey guys, so I've been lifting for a couple years now. I've always squatted with uneven foot positioning because my left leg is longer than my right. Before I even started lifting my natural standing position has always been uneven too, probably my body's way of compensating for different leg lengths. I once tried to correct my stance but it led to pains in my hip flexor area. Has anyone else here had this problem or have advice for me? I don't know if I should keep squatting the same way with uneven stance or try to correct it again? Please help me bros.

I would see an orthopedic doctor or podiatrist. Possibly your condition could be corrected with special shoe inserts or other means. Sometimes the solutions are very simple depending on the severity of the imbalance.
