Natural test vs trt

Do guys with a natural testosterone level of 1000/dL or higher have a sex drive through the roof and feel awesome all the time? Or do they experience the same conversion to e2, sexual disfunction, moodiness etc that a guy using exogenous testosterone would usually feel at those levels? I know it depends on the person's body, but on average is it different or the same?

Most likely anything that is naturally occurring in the body, is probably going to be more balanced hormonally, by your body than just one hormone exogenously administered, but your body also regulates and fluctuates in cycles to keep things more even or a state of homeostasis.
Teens have huge rises in test and GH for growth and maturation, but it is in balance and does not mean they walk around on cloud nine all the time.

So uncommonly high T (1000ng/dL+) won't cause e2 issues or emotional issues? I'm a little confused

I don't think anything artificially administered, works as good (or at least in balance) as nature does.
If a guy has an uncommonly high resting test rate, (in general) his system is most likely better suited to handle the higher rates and keep better balance.
Some guys are just born naturally stronger or have more opportunity to get stronger than some others.
Trying to alter that with a person with lower resting rates, "may" most likely, not yield the same outcomes.

Like was already stated, your body is going to help balance things out. A well functioning endocrine system is going regulate everything so it isn't out of whack. High exogenous test is a problem because there isn't anything to regulate it- therefore the need for other supplements to help balance.
